Franny`s Place Family Restaurant in Kenner

BEST biscuit and gravy I've ever had! The portions were huge for the price and the service was 100%. Will definitely be back.

Plenty of well lite parking, be careful with in & out, you must come in & out on a very busy street. The restaurant is very clean, and the wait staff are very friendly. Food came very quick, but was very common. Ham & cheese omelette, but you had to look very careful are you miss the ham & American cheese. Coffee was good which never got empty. Regular white bread toast. Prices where reasonable.

The staff really know how to make you feel at home, and the food was phenomenal.

Very friendly waitress. I had the corned beef hash and two fried eggs. I was supposed to get hash browns but she brought me grits instead no big deal. The only thing I was sad about was they don't have the video poker machine anymore. I used to play after eating and pay for my breakfast that way.

The breakfast meal was hot and fresh when delivered to us. Waitress was friendly and made us feel comfortable. Omelet was one of the best I have ever eaten. We will definitely plan to go back again when we are in the area.

Bacon and cheddar Benedict was terrible. $15 for a $3 portion size. Cheese was cold. Not even melted... 1tiny piece of bacon per egg with maybe a teaspoon of hollandaise sauce. So disappointed. We've been here before and it was great. No idea what happened

Since it was raining this morning, I decided to BREAK my intermittent FASTing. I saw a 4.5 star rating and made my choice to visit. I ordered the steak and eggs w/hashbrowns, biscuits and gravy, extra crispy bacon, pecan waffle, and coffee.The ladies of the waitstaff were accommodating and friendly to converse. The chef really cared by asking me if the order was cooked to my liking!I am glad to have enjoyed a good ol' meal in this friendly, local establishment! I would gladly recommend!

Great place to eat breakfast!! Local restaurant and Staff is very friendly. The atmosphere is amazing and it’s very calm and quiet. The biscuits are amazing and the pancakes are very fluffy! Totally recommend. Make sure to bring cash they do not take card!

I LOVE Franny’s this restaurant is one of my family’s favorites! I like my eggs s certain way and this place is the only restaurant that has ever gotten it right. The staff is also amazing. They always treat you like a regular regardless if it’s your first time or your 100th time.

The staff was amazing; nice, friendly, but the food was sub par. They give you a lot of food though for your money, but it could have been better prepared. The birds were also lovely. Would have given it a 5 star if the food was great.

Franny's has the best breakfast in town! They also serve lunch Mon-Fri and dessert is included with your meal! The wait staff is very friendly and helpful. Wonderful experience even if they are packed!

We got our order fast and hot. Really nice staff. I work around the corner so i asked if i could call ahead for breakfast to go and they said no problem. I loved their potatoe salad as well as the rest of my lunch. This is now my place for quick breakfast or lunch.

Food wasn't bad, but the place needs major updating. Only open for breakfast and lunch.

My seven-year-old and I walked in 10 minutes before they closed. The staff was awesome the food was great and Miss Franny herself even came out and told my son about the birds (she has a pin of cockatiels right outside the window) and gave him a little treat when we were leaving. Do yourself a favor and stop in for a real good meal.

I've never been in Fanny's place I either passed it up or seen the building good thing my sister and I gone to check it out customer service was great everyone treats you like family I would highly recommend this place for any one to come and eat their great food and homemade biscuits

The wait staff is way above anything else here in Kenner... Simply amazing. Recommend the biscuit and gravy.

We live on the Westbank and had not heard of Franny's. We had just flown in from vacation and Googled places to eat breakfast near Kenner. We were very impressed by the friendly greeting we received when we entered, the smell of good food and the immediately response to our table by Ms. Dottie who offered us hot coffee right away. Our waitress (name starts with an S) was friendly and quick on her feet! She took great care of us. The food was delicious and reasonably priced with perfect portions. Service was excellent and all staff encountered, were very friendly. Very inviting, can't wait to try their lunch! Highly recommended!

OMG this restaurant is OUTSTANDING! Good food more for ur money and the people are Pleasant. Will go back again if I'm ever in New Orleans. God bless y'all friendly 💕
